- 1 1/2 cups soy or rice milk
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon onion granules
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 15 1/2 oz. can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained well
- 1 lb fettuccine
- Cracked black pepper
Begin preparing this vegan diet recipe by thawing and draining the corn first. The corn, milk, tahini, and seasonings should be processed in a blender until completely blended. Pour the mixture into a medium saucepan, on medium low heat, and then add the beans. Allow it to simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
