Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups non-dairy Milk
  • 1 large Mango, peeled & pitted
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 peeled Banana
  • 1/2 cups Grapes, red or green

Each of the ingredients of these vegan recipes should be added to your blender one at a time and blended together until smooth. A single one of these vegan recipes yields about four cups of smoothie. After blending, serve it immediately!

As a side note, if you would like for your smoothie to be slightly sweeter, then you can add a small amount of stevia or natural honey to taste. Additionally, if you would like to make it more nutritionally complete, you can also add a scoop of protein powder.
